Dědovice

Ostrovec village is situated on the confluence of two rivulets - Lomnice a Skalice, near Vltava valley. The surrounding countryside is covered by forests - there is an educational foot path "Krajem Alše, Kopeckého a Stroupežnického" leading visitors through them and which starts in Ostrovec. The path is suitable both for trekkers and circlers. This area offers not only cycling and trekking but also mushrooms and forest fruit picking and relax.
