The Branice village is situated approx. 5 km southwards from Milevsko. There is a large and frequently used sports area TJ Branice, giving also a refreshment opportunity. In village functions association Vejrovské zemanství, which has opened a small museum Prohledárium here. The association organizes annual exhibition of drown humour - more on www.vejrov.wz.cz. In village is a civic centre, which can host variable events (for 200 people).
