Premonstratensian Monastery - the oldest monastery in
South Bohemia. Its founder, Jiří z Milevska, was the first
historically known magnate in the Písek region. The place of
residence of the annalist Jarloch. A Romanesque Church of
St Jiljí.(The Museum of the Milevsko Region is
situated in the Monastery Convent and shows the history of the
